REGISTRATION POLICY
- To ensure your child’s placement for any session, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of $50.00 per child to reserve and hold his or her spot in our School’s schedule. The balance is due by post-dated cheque visa or MasterCard payable on the designated date to be fixed by the School. (If you pay by cheques you must hand in the deposit and the post-dated cheque for the remainder balance to hold your spot)
- Any unpaid balance after the designated date will be subject to a late-payment fee of $10.00 per child.
- If you register within 2 weeks of the beginning of the session we will not except cheque payment only visa or master card.
- All registration must be done by e-mail, fax or in person. A complete form, together with full payment is necessary for registration.
- If you pull out of a session and then change your mind you will not be guaranteed the same spot when you re-register.

WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATION REFUNDS/CREDITS
A prorated refund or credit shall be available if the student withdraws in writing before the start of the 2nd class in the session

MAKE-UPS
· All make-up classes must be made within the session on the specified dates that are posted at the beginning of each session
· Make ups are non-transferable to the next session.
· Make-ups have no refundable monetary value.
· A maximum of 2 make-ups is allowed per session, subject to availability.
· A scheduled make-up for which you cannot be present is deemed to be a make-up taken.
· If your child is registered for a session but misses the start date, the session fee will not be prorated. It will be prorated only if you sign up after the session’s beginning.
CLASS CHANGES
If you need to change your child/children’s class time during the session, there is no guarantee that a requested change can be accommodated.
REQUESTING TEACHERS
Teachers are not guaranteed, we cannot honor all request due to staffing schedule changes.
YOUR PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We are not responsible for lost or stolen articles in our facilities or parking lots.
NSF CHEQUES/ DECLINED CREDIT CARD
An administrative charge of $35.00 is payable for any NSF cheque. A declined credit card is subject to an administrative charge of $5.00. The replacement payment must be by way of cash, certified cheque or a valid credit card payment.
POOL RULES
- Please note that there may be NO eating in or around change rooms and pool decks.
- Parents, when dropping off students, may not crowd the pool area and they are requested to minimize conversations with instructors, as they are a safety hazard.
- Any supervisor or instructor that deems a child to be a safety hazard whom is not listening reserves the right to eject them from the pool area
